Telecom optimization is the process of right sizing the telecom infrastructure.This process takes a broader view by analyzing existing voice, data and wireless services, rates, service utilization and business needs in an effort to deliver service improvement, higher efficiency and cost savings.
Telecom optimization service provides:
- Baseline assessment of the existing telecom infrastructure including
voice, data and wireless services.
- Network design optimization for voice and data services.
- Choice of up to three solution options that are better in technology,
service and price.
- Estimated annualized savings.
- Detail report of telecom
optimization results.
Optimization is performed on a fixed-fee basis or on a contingency
basis. Under a contingency arrangement, fees are based on the total
annual savings secured.
